Description:
1. The subject of the order includes the delivery of a stand for advanced methods for testing the durability of structures and structures as part of an advanced laser platform for vibration and strain testing (PSV). The platform should consist of at least the following elements: laser scanning head, compactj single-point head, measuring system. 2. The Ordering Party intends to finance the subject of the order from the funds of the "Silesian Inter-Faculty Laboratory of Aviation Technologies" project. 3. Pursuant to Art. 257 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party may invalidate the contract award procedure if the measureand public funds, which the contracting authority intended to use to finance all or part of the contract, were not awarded to it, and the possibility of invalidating the procedure on this basis was provided for in: 1) the contract notice - in a procedure conducted under open tendering,restricted tender, negotiations with publication, competitive dialogue, innovation partnership or 2) invitation to negotiations - in proceedings conducted under negotiated procedure without publication or single-source procurement. The Ordering Party reserves that it will not conclude an agreement with the Contractor in the event of:dy financial resources allocated for the implementation of the above-mentioned the project will be made available to the Ordering Party in a way that prevents current financing of expenses resulting from the project, and the Ordering Party will not be able to guarantee the ability to temporarily pre-finance from its own funds. 4.
