2. The uniform items provided as part of the order must come from current production and must be new and in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party.

Implementation of Part 3 -6 of the order is covered by the requirements arising from the Act of November 17, 2006. on the system of assessing the compliance of products intended for the purposes of defense and state security (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2022, item 747) and executive provisions issued on its basis.
