Procedure for the supply of a station for testing springs with the possibility of determining the buckling angle in accordance with the requirements of the attached invitation to submit offers. - first stage - the stage of submitting offers will last until November 27, 2025, 2:30 p.m. - second stage from November 27, 2025, 2:30 p.m., to November 28, 2025, until 11:00 We assume 2 rounds in the proceedings. The second round - negotiation and final. The Commission establishes the following criteria of the procedure: - Price - Completion date - Guarantee length min. 24 months - References on the railway market - Number of deliveries of spring testing stations to the railway market We require validity offers min. 90 daysWe require you to submit, in the form of a declaration, confirmation of having personnel with the authorization to install, commission and train the device's operation, as well as confirmation of your economic and financial situation ensuring proper execution of the order. Failure to submit an offer by company in round 1, automatically excludes the company from the possibility of submitting an offer in round 2.
