Description:
A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in: Annexes No. 1, 1.1., 1.2. and No. 4.1. and 4.2. to the SWZ, i.e.: Offer form together with the Product and Price Specification and the Drafted provisions of the contract. In the contract award procedure, communication between the ORDERING PARTY and the CONTRACTORAMI, in particular the submission of offers, exchange of information and transmission of documents or statements, is carried out using electronic means of communication provided by the System. The system is available at: https://portal.smartpzp.pl/ozgs. Technical and organizational requirements:sending and receiving electronic documents and information transmitted using them are described in the Regulations for using the System services (Regulations of the e-Services Portal) available from the E-learning module level for all System users and when registering a CONTRACTOR account for EXECUTIVETHE BREAKERS. Offers and declarations (EDZ) submitted electronically must be signed with a qualified electronic signature. In the process of submitting an offer, declarations or evidence on the platform, the CONTRACTOR may place a qualified electronic signature directly on the documents.e, which is then sent to the System. Certification of compliance with the original is made by the CONTRACTOR and CONTRACTORS jointly applying for a public procurement contract, respectively, in the scope of documents relating to each of them.
