Description:
Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is: 1) delivery of two licenses for statistical data analysis software PS IMAGO PRO ACADEMIC or equivalent, together with a multivariate logistic regression module and a custom tables module, together with Documentation, grantedor the Contractor ensuring that the Ordering Party is granted an appropriate license enabling the use of the Software under the terms of the License Terms; 2) extension of the support service from January 1, 2024, extended to include the technical service of the Software license for statisticalIBM SPSS PS IMAGO PRO data, number 4935; 3) implementation or ensuring the provision of Software support services in relation to the Subject of the Agreement indicated in point a) b) above and Technical Service in relation to the Subject of the Agreement indicated in point b), in accordance with with the conditions specifiedand in the Agreement, including the SOPZ., 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order for Lot 1 is included in Appendix No. 1a to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as the SOPZ.
