Description:
1. The procedure for the award of a utilities contract is conducted as an open tender pursuant to the provisions of the Act of 11 September 2019 (Journal of Laws, item 2019, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the Public Procurement Law Act
2. Information obligation resulting from Articles 13 and 14 of the Regulation of the Parliament of Europeand of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, Journal device EU L.2016.119. fulfilled on the website of PGG S.A. in the GDPR
3 tab. when orderingy, pursuant to art. 393 sec. 1 point 4) of the Public Procurement Law, will reject an offer in which the share of products originating from the Member States of the European Union, countries with which the European Union has concluded agreements on equal treatment of entrepreneurs or countries to which, pursuant to a decision of the Council, provisions applyDirective 2014/25/EU, does not exceed 50%.
