- 1. The order of the contract is the supply of sterile aprons, covers, operational foils with operational underpayments.
The Employer allows for partial offers.
3. The set description and method of order processing contains OPZ, constituting Annex 1-14 to SWZ. The contractor may submit an offer for any number of tasks.
4. Imaging the Ordering Party (where it concerns):
a) sterile with a long period of sterility (minimum 12 months from the date of delivery to the contracting authority)
b) material that meets the requirements of EN 13795 - 1, 2, 3
c) resistant to penetration fluid
d) resistant to piercing and tearing (dry and wet)
e) made of absorption barrier non -woven fabric
f) having a repositional adhesive, allowing for placing two adhesive layers
g) having a CE designation, on collective packaging and single packaging
h) tolerance Size of the Napkin (covers) +/- 10 cm (opening size tolerance/lymph patch +/-2 cm)- except for tasks, where size tolerance was determined in detail
i) having self -adhesive labels for pasteing to patient documentation containing a minimum expiration date and
series number, catalog number

2. Sterile universal set with apron-1300.
3. Universal set reinforced, sterile with apron-700 pieces.
