Task. 1- Trays for transporting and storing endoscopes
The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers.
A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex 2b to the SWZ.
3.3. The Ordering Party's requirements regarding the subject of the ordernia:
1) the offered product must have approvals, certificates and be registered in accordance with legal provisions requiring approvals, certificates and registration,
2) the offered product must comply with the standards or technical specifications applicable to this product;
3.4. In cases when in othe writing of the subject of the contract indicates trademarks, patents or the origin, source or specific process that characterizes specific products or services provided by a specific contractor, this means that the Ordering Party cannot describe the subject of the contract in a sufficiently precise mannerand understandable way, however, in each such situation, the Ordering Party allows a solution equivalent to those described above. In such situations, possible indications of trademarks, patents, origin, source or specific process that characterize certain products or services providedspecified by a specific contractor should be read together with the words "or equivalent".
