- The subject of the framework agreement is the successive delivery of stone construction products in 2026 in the types and estimated quantities specified in the descriptions of the subject of the order constituting Annexes No. 1a, 1b and 1c to the SWZ. The order is divided into 3 parts: Part 1: delivery of curbs and stone edging, Part 2: delivery of stone cubes, Part 3: delivery of stone slabs. Deliveries are to be carried out in accordance with the descriptions of the subject of the order and the draft provisions of the framework agreement and the contract for awarding a public contract, constituting Annexes No. 2 and 3 to the SWZ. Delivery of curbs and stone edging The subject of the framework agreement in part 1 is the delivery of curbs and stone edging in accordance with the description of the subject of the order attached. No. 1a to the SWZ and the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annexes No. 2 and 3 to the SWZ. Delivery of stone cubes The subject of the framework agreement in part 2 is the delivery of stone cubes in accordance with the description of the subject of the order constituting Annex No. 1b to the SWZ and the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annexes No. 2 and 3 to the SWZ. Delivery of stone slabs The subject of the framework agreement in part 3 is the supply of stone slabs in accordance with the description of the subject of the order constituting Annex No. 1c to the SWZ and the designed provisions of the contract constituting Annexes No. 2 and 3 to the SWZ.
