Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of storage shelves and utility cabinets to the kindergarten and kindergarten classes in Postomino as part of the investment project entitled: Construction of a kindergarten and kindergarten in Postomino.2. The subject of the order was divided into 2 parts: 1) PART I Delivery of warehouse racks to nursery and kindergarten classes in the town of Postomino,2) PART II Delivery of utility cabinets to the nursery and kindergarten classes in Postomino.3. A detailed description of the subject of the order for individual parts of the order is included in the annexes: 1) Attachment No. 1A to PART I OF THE ORDER, 2) Attachment No. 1B to PART II ORDERS. The above annexes also constitute the means of evidence confirming the compliance of the offered equipment with the description of the subject of the order. 4. The Contractor undertakes to deliver the subject of the order at his own expense and risk to the nursery building and kindergarten classes in the town Postomino at: Postomino 15E, 76-113 Postomino.5. The subject of the order includes transport, unloading of equipment and bringing it into the building. 6. The Contractor is obliged to notify the Ordering Party about the delivery date the least...
