Description:
1. The subject of the order is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply of strict accounting forms, later called SWZ "assortment".
2. The subject of the contract is divided into NW. Tasks:
1) Task No. 1: strict accounting in the form of second and third public documents;
2)Task No. 2: Strict accounting forms.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex 6A, 7 and 6B to SWZ - appropriate for the task and chapter XIX SWZ General contractual conditions - appropriate to the task.
4. The contractor grants the warranty range for a period of 12 months andwarranty for a period of 12 months, counted from the date of signing the acceptance report.
5. The Employer - in no task - does not demand that the evidence in question is submitted with the offer.
6. Information clause regarding the processing of personal data
in accordance with art. 13 para. 1 and 2 of the Parliament RegulationEuropean (EU) 2016/679 Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (i.e. Journal of Laws of EU L 119 of 04.05.2016p. 1), hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR", the contracting authority informs that:
1) the administrator of your personal data is the Capital Police Commander;
2) Supervision over the correct processing of personal data is exercised by the Personal Data Protection Inspector:
