Description:
1) The subject of the contract is the delivery of strict accounting and police official forms.
2) Detailed determination of the range and the amount of order can be found in Annex 2 to SWZ. This attachment is simultaneously a price form.
3) the place of delivery is the Employer's warehouseLocated at the KWP in Krakow, ul. Mogilska 109.
4) The Ordering Party during the contract will transfer the contractor templates of business forms and strict accounting.Public procurement procedures in the event that the Ordering Party finds a lack of interest in submitting executive offers on the part of contractors covered by the framework agreement or in other justified cases.
6) The paper specification is Annex 5 to SWZ. Paper for the indicated assortmentin SWZ must be made in accordance with the standards given by the Ordering Party in Annex 5 to SWZ or equivalent standards.
