Description:
The subject of the order is the Contractor's supply of strips and the lease of analyzers for measuring glucose concentration in the POCT mode integrated with the hospital IT system for a period of 36 months (hereinafter referred to as the device or subject of the lease), described in detail in the List of Required Functions and Technical Parameters constituting Annex No. 6 to this SWZ, in the quantities indicated in the price form constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and in accordance with the Draft Provisions of the Agreement constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party informs that in the proceedings in question conducted as an open tender, it envisages the possibility of applying the procedure referred to in Art. 139 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law Ordering party when applying of the above-mentioned procedure, it will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then subjectively qualify the Contractor whose offer was rated the highest in terms of lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the proceedings.
