The subject of the order are services in the form of occasional transport, consisting in importing students from grades II and III of primary schools, hereinafter referred to as students to the "Fala" recreation and sports complex in Goleniow, at ul. NiepodlegΕoΕci 1, hereinafter referred to as the "swimming pool" and they will take them to school, from MondayUntil Friday, excluding non -working days specified in the Act of 18 January 1951 on non -working days (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2025, item 296) and in accordance with the organization of the school year specified by the Regulation of the Minister of National Education of 11 August 2017 on the organization of the yearschool (Journal of Laws of 2023 item 1211), including providing care for these students during the journey. 2. The service of the pool takes place on the basis of the "schedule of students delivery to the" Fala "recreation and sports complex in Goleniow". 3. Oddos for the pool are performed in the form of courses between individualby schools, and the pool on the days of the week specified in the "Schedule of student delivery to the" Fala "recreation and sports complex in Goleniow. 4.
