The subject of the contract includes the following tasks:
Task No. 1 - The subject of the contract is: "The delivery of students from the Kwidzyn commune to educational institutions in Janow, Korzeniewo and Nowy Dwor from September 1, 2025 to June 26, 2026.".
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex No.And to SWZ.
Task No. 2 - The subject of the contract is: "The delivery of students from the Kwidzyn commune to educational institutions in Tychowy, Rakowiec and Lich from September 1, 2025 to June 26, 2026".
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex B to SWZ.There is: "delivery of disabled students from the Kwidzyn commune to educational institutions from September 1, 2025 to June 26, 2026.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex C to SWZ.
Task No. 4 - The subject of the contract is the provision of passenger transport services in accordance with the needsMunicipalities of Kwidzyn from September 1, 2025 to August 31, 2026.

The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the course of routes, the number of students and the days of journeys for task No. 3, which will inform the Contractor for a minimum of 2 working days beforeplanned changes.
