- a) DOWZ Students from the RECZ commune to the Primary School in the Recom and the City Kindergarten in Recz, along with providing care during the transport in the school year 2025/2026.b) Transport should be provided on all days when they take place at the school of didactic, educational or care the condition that children who do not have to be carried out to kindergartens during the winter holidays and interruptions as well as in non -teaching days in schools, which we are talking about in the ordinance of the Minister of National Education on the organization of the school year of 11 August 2017 (i.e. Dz. U. of 2023, item 1211) .c) The contractor provides care during the transport of children and students. To this end, the contractor obliged will be the right amount of carers to employ - a minimum of one carer per vehicle. In the case of repeating the settlement to the order of insufficient care for children, The contractor is obliged to relax the quantities of carers.
