A brief description of the subject: the subject of the order is the provision of services in the field of delivery and the deployment of students from the area of Municipality to schools together with care, on the basis of monthly tickets purchased by the Employer at the Contractor at prices set out in the present proceedings, taking into account the pupils of statutory reliefs in transport transport public - art. 5 para. 1, art. 5a of the Act of 20/06/1992 on the rights to concessions of public transport by public transport (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 295, as amended) in the form of a monthly purchase of monthly tickets for the period from September 1, 2021 to June 21, 2024 R. The Contractor constructing lines is obliged to be based on the routes set out in Annex 9 of the SWZ.
