Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a stump grinder as part of the project entitled Expansion and retrofitting of civil protection infrastructure in Iawa County.2. The subject of the order includes the supply of: 1) a brand new stump grinder - 1 piece, 2) a detailed description of the subject of the order in this procedure and the minimum technical parameters are specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, 3) the selected Contractor is obliged to instruct at least 2 persons indicated by the Ordering Party for a period of not less than 1 hour (1 hour = 60 minutes), 4) Codes relating to the subject of the order specified in the Common Vocabulary Order CPV: 42623000-9 - Milling machines.3. The contractor is obliged to provide in the offer information regarding the offered devices (equipment)/products, specified in the table indicated in point 1, column 5 of the offer form - Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ for individual elements of the subject of the order. The information provided must be relevant to the offered devices/products.
