Description:
1. The Contractor will provide time-limited licenses for the IMPERVA DAM system, valid from December 17, 2025 for 12 months (subscriptions) or will provide and implement an equivalent solution.
2. Number of System subscriptions - 8 pcs.
3. The Ordering Party informs that it has implemented a Database Activity Monitoring System - DAM based on the implementation of the IMPERVA DAM system. The subscription to the system ends on December 17, 2025.
4. Technical support of the DAM System Manufacturer will include in particular:
a. telephone and e-mail consultations, access to the customer service portal to solve problems encountered during operation of the System, assistance in applying device configuration solutions, within 12 months from the date of signing the contract,
The number of authorized contacts with the technical support of the System manufacturer unlimited,
c.possibility to report problems with the System 24 hours a day, 7 days a week,
d.access to support and service engineers via the following communication channels: e-mail, Internet portal, telephone,
5. The Contractor's technical assistance in the operation of the DAM System will include in particular:
a. time: minimum 2 hours monthly. Unused consultation hours are carried over to the following months,
b.availability: working days from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., except holidays and public holidays,
c.Place: the registered office of the Ordering Party or, in agreement with the Ordering Party, remotely,
