Concerning part I of the proceedings: I. The subject of the order is the supply of a subscription to Adobe Photoshop CC for Teams for a period of 12 months or an equivalent subscription. II. Number of subscriptions required: 4 subscriptions to Adobe Photoshop CC for Teams for a period of 12 months or deliveries equal subscription. III. To carry out work in the field of creating and processing raster graphics, the Ordering Party uses Photoshop CC for Teams software.IV. It is allowed to offer products equivalent to those used by the Ordering Party. V. Technical and detailed requirements information, including a description of the equivalence conditions, is specified in the content of the Description of the subject of the contract for part I, Annex No. 1a to SWZVI. Detailed terms and conditions of the order can be found in the Material Provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 3a to SWZ.VII.
