Description:
1. The subject of the order is: delivery, successive purchase and delivery of spare parts, tires, batteries, filters, accessories and technical materials for vehicles and their engines.
2. Scope of the order - the procedure was divided into tasks:
Task 1. Delivery of batteries for vehicles
Task 2. Delivery of tires, inner tubes, inner tube protectors
Task 3. Delivery of spare parts for brand vehicles with a GVW above 3.5t.
Task 4. Delivery of spare parts for brand vehicles with a GVW of less than 3.5t.
Task 5. Delivery of filters
Task 6. Delivery of accessories and technical materials
3. Subject of the proceedings is to conclude a framework agreement for the successive purchases and deliveries of spare parts, sheets, tires, filters, batteries and accessories for vehicles and their engines, as well as technical materials, the needs of which the Ordering Party was unable to predict in its current operations.
4. The Ordering Party will conclude framework agreement with a maximum of 3 Contractors for each task, whose offers meet all the requirements of the SWZ and the provisions of the Act and receive the highest number of points based on the offer evaluation criteria specified in the SWZ. If fewer than 3 offers are submitted, the Ordering Party will conclude a contract framework with all Contractors who submit valid offers and meet the requirements described in the SWZ, procurement documents and the provisions of the Public Procurement Law.
