Description: PLIF implant, cervical intervertebral cage, titanium system for percutaneousization of the thoracic-lumbar spine, TLIf Implant, Cervical plate, Titanium system for percutaneous stabilization of the thoracic-lumbar-sacral spine
2 The subject of the order offered by the Contractor must have features consistent with the description contained in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - Assortment forminformation and prices and meet the conditions specified in this ToR.
3The offered medical devices must be approved for trading and use in Poland in accordance with applicable law and have documents confirming that an appropriate procedure for assessing compliance with the requirements has been carried out.specified in the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices and be marked with the CE mark.
