Description:
Delivery of surgical robot, operating table for surgical robot as part of the project "Improving the quality and availability of oncological services by modernizing and retrofitting the infrastructure of the University Clinical Hospital No. 1 in Lublin" as part of the National Rebuilding and PlanIncreasing immunity - component D "Efficiency, availability and quality of the healthcare system" which is part of the investment investment D1.1.1 "Development and modernization of the infrastructure of highly specialized care centers and other medical entities"
The contracting authority requires a minimum of 24 monthswarranty on the subject of the contract. The warranty will be calculated from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol.
6. The contractor guarantees:
a. transport, assembly, transfer of equipment/goods for use along with the necessary approvals, certificates enabling the provision of health services at itsuse of
b. Connecting the supplied equipment to the PACS/RIS system owned by the Employer and configuring for proper operation with this system,
c. Beztermina license for the software supplied to the software, respectively to a given equipment,
D. Service repair (servicing) during the warranty period under the warranty period under the warranty period under the warranty periodwhose contractor provides the price of the equipment/goods in the price of the offer, including: service inspections in accordance with the manufacturer's requirements, repairs, inspections, maintenance with spare parts and materials needed to perform them, extending the warranty for the time of disability of the objectorders...
