The subject of the contract is:
Delivery of surgical seams
Task 1 - Szewne materials - cardiac surgery
Task 2 - Szewne Materials - Department of General Surgery, Vascular, Angiology and Flebology
Task 3 - Szewne materials - cardiac surgery
The Employer allows for partial offers.
Parts Orders are individual tasks specified above, i.e. tasks from 1 to 3.
The contracting authority informs that the Contractor may submit an offer to a maximum of 3 tasks (without limiting the number of tasks per contractor)
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 2B to SWZ.
3.3. The customer's customs regarding the subject of the contract:
1) the offered medical product must have approvals, certificates and be registered in accordance with the law requiring the possession of approvals, certificates and registration,
2) the offered medical product must be placed on the market and use in accordance with the requirements Act of April 7, 2022. on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 974),
3) the offered medical product must correspond to the standards or technical specifications
applicable to this product;
In the event that the offered medical product did not require notification to the President of the Office
Product registration Healing, medical devices and biocidal products, the Contractor is obliged to perform at his own expense and on his own all the activities necessary to complete all the requirements of the law related to the introduction of the product on the market and use on the premises REPLACE ...
