Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of surgical staplers and stapler charges, retractors, clips and surgical laser consumables for the CPiT in Bystra, which consists of 5 separate packages. Detailed description of the subject of the order in terms of assortment and quantities was specified in the assortment and price form, constituting Appendix No. 2 to the Specification of Order Conditions, hereinafter referred to as SWZ. The implementation of the subject of the order is specified in the Annex. No. 7 to SWZ - draft contract. The subject of the order was divided into 5 separate Packages as follows:
Package No. 1 - Staplers and charges for staplers and wound retractors
Package No. 2 - Staplers and stapler charges, tools for cutting and coagulation of tissue
Package No. 3 - Titanium and polymer clips
Package No. 4 - Consumables for the surgical laser
Package No. 5 - Leather staplers and tools for removing staples
Within individual Packages, the Ordering Party requires the submission of an offer for the full scope of the subject matter of the order relating to a given Package.
