Description:
1. The subject of the order is the sale and delivery of an SUV passenger car for the needs of the Veterinary Inspection of the Provincial Veterinary Inspectorate in Wroclaw. The scope of the order includes the delivery of an SUV passenger car powered by a gasoline engine with a minimum power of 180 horsepower and capacity of at least 1900 cm3.2. The offered vehicle that is the subject of the order must meet the technical conditions provided for by the legal provisions in force in Poland for passenger cars traveling on public roads and the conditions provided for by the provisions of Community law in the European Union. for passenger cars, is admitted to trading in the Republic of Poland in accordance with applicable regulations and has an appropriate approval certificate.3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in the Description of the subject of the order constituting Annex No. 3 to SWZ.
