Description:
1. The delivery includes new vehicles, manufactured in 2025, meeting all minimum requirements described in Annex No. 1, 1.1, 1.2 to the SWZ.
part 1: delivery of 19 vehicles
lot 2: delivery of 13 vehicles
part 3: delivery of 7 vehicles
The maximum number of parts of the procedure in which a contractor may submit an offer: 3.
With regard to var. specify. in art. 100 of the Public Procurement Law regarding accessibility for people with disabilities referred to in Directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of February 26. 2014 on public procurement (Journal of Laws EU No. 94, p. 65), the transport of these persons is carried out by will be other adaptive vehicles. for such transports as part of the equipment owned by the Police or through medical assistance authorized to transport disabled people.
