- 1. The subject of the order is the implementation of the sentence entitled: "Delivery of switches included in the hospital network backbone along with licenses for their management" as part of a project financed from the funds of the Recovery and Resilience Instrument for projects implemented as part of the investment D.1.1.2 "Accelerating the processes of digital transformation of health care through further development of digital services in health care" which is an element of component D "Efficiency, availability and quality of the health care system".
2. Due to the extensive description - a detailed description of the subject of the order, details implementation are included in particular in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ separately for each facility. The scope of the order includes the successive delivery of switches for each terminal, with characteristics detailed in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
The place of execution of the Order is hospital complexes the Ordering Party, in particular:
1. Independent Public Health Care Center Central Clinical Hospital of the Medical University of Lodz with its registered office in ΕodΕΊ at ul. Pomorska 251, 92-213 ΕodΕΊ,
