Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of switches for the AI environment (Artificial Intelligence) along with implementation, technical support and warranty.
2. The subject of the order includes:
1) delivery and unloading of 2 pieces of equipment meeting the requirements contained in Annex A to VOLUME III SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order;
2) implementation of the Equipment in accordance with Annex B to VOLUME III of the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order;
3) the Contractor provides confirmation that the manufacturer of the Equipment and the manufacturer of the Standard Software have granted a Warranty for the delivered as part of the Equipment order, on the terms described in Chapter III, VOLUME III of the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order;
4) provision of technical assistance by the Contractor in the amount of up to 200 man-hours according to the principles described in Chapter V of the OPZ - VOLUME III of the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order.
