Brief description of the subject of the order: PART 1: Delivery of a system for documentation of TLC/HPTLC plates, 1 pc., The scope of the order includes: - delivery of the device to the Medicines Quality Control Laboratory in Krakow, - commissioning, - training, - warranty service, - technical support., 1) Detailed description of the examplethe subject of the order, the description of the ordering party's requirements in terms of service and technical support is specified in: - technical parameters form, Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, - draft provisions of the contract, Annex No. 4 to the SWZ., All requirements specified in the documents indicated above constitute minimum requirementsne, and their fulfillment is obligatory. Failure to meet the above minimum requirements will result in rejection of the offer as inconsistent with the terms of the contract pursuant to Art. 226 section 1 point 5 of the Public Procurement Law, 2) Guarantee and warranty, - Required warranty period for the completed subject of the contract is 24 months, - Warranty periodjmi must be equal to the warranty period.
