Description:
The subject of the order is the delivery of a system for loosening and removing spoil. The system is brand new, manufactured in 2023 or 2024. The system will be used for preliminary drilling and simultaneous mixing of the obtained material with water in order to obtain mud pulp. Water together with solid matterwill be pumped out from the space above the drill. It is necessary to continuously supply water so that the process of mixing the extracted material with water does not end, which is achieved by continuously supplying water inside the pipe. Taking into account pipe diameters, length, total weight and many differentland, a rotating head with a power of 6 Tm and a rotation speed of no more than 20 rpm is required. Additionally, the rotating head must be able to reduce the force in extreme cases when the side of the pipe (in the initial phase of insertion) does not generate a resistance force greater than 6 Tm.
