Description:
1. The subject of the order is: 1) Delivery/purchase of an IT system and its adaptation to the needs of the Ordering Party; 2) Design, development and implementation of an Internet portal for presenting collections online, along with the creation of a unique website template for making resources available digital, graphic and functional design of the website and its implementation; 3) Installation and launch of the System and Portal for the Ordering Party's use in the IT infrastructure provided by the Ordering Party; 4) Implementation of the System and Portal, tests and test feeds (migrations) along with data migration from the currently used MUSNET system, as well as Multimedia from the Ordering Party's repository and collected in the MUSNET system; 5) Adapting the system for integration with the Europeana and Konik@ portals, 6) Granting a non-exclusive, territorially unlimited, perpetual license to the Ordering Party (without limiting the number of users) for the implemented System and for all its updates installed during the term of the contract for the subject order, including ensuring the granting of licenses by third parties if the implementation of the subject order by the Contractor for osign...
