- 1. The subject of the proceedings is the conclusion of framework agreements for the supply of tablets and routers with GSM modem function, hereinafter referred to as the "range".
XIX, XIXa SWZ and annexes No. 5A-5H to SWZ.
3. Contractor, obliged guarantee and warranty will be granted for the delivered assortment for a period of not less than 24 months - from the date of signing the quantitative delivery acceptance protocol.
4. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers divided into 8 tasks:
1) Task No. 1 Delivery of a router with a type 1 modem
2) Task No. 2 Delivery of a router with a type 2 modem
3) Task No. 3 Delivery of a router with a type 3 modem
4) Task No. 4 Delivery of a router with a type 4 modem
5) Task No. 5 Deliveries of type 1 tablet
6) Task No. 6 Deliveries of type 2 tablet
7) Task No. 7 Delivery of a type 3 tablet
8) Task No. 8 Tablet deliveries type 4
5. In each task, the Ordering Party requests that the relevant evidence be submitted with the offer, i.e. a CE declaration of conformity or equivalent confirming admission to trading in the EU.
6. The Ordering Party accepts equivalent means of evidence if they confirm that the offered one the assortment meets the requirements specified by the Ordering Party.
7. If the Contractor fails to submit the relevant evidence or documents the evidence is incomplete, the Ordering Party will request their submission or completion within the specified deadline. The Ordering Party informs that despite predictions... - Documents:
