- Purchase and delivery of brand new tanks for the transport and distribution of drinking water as a task implemented under the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program for 2025-2026 - 2 tanks with a capacity of 5,000 l, body type 1 axle, year of production of the tank and chassis not older than 2024. Tanks for the transport of drinking water must have a CE declaration of conformity (a declaration by the manufacturer or his authorized representative stating that the product complies with the essential requirements in accordance with Article 5(10) of the Act of August 30, 2002 on the conformity assessment system (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 215) and a certificate PZH confirming that the tanker is approved for the transport, storage and distribution of water intended for human consumption in emergency situations. Tankers must meet Polish and European safety requirements and the requirements for movement on public roads in accordance with the regulations Act of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law. Tanks must be equipped with hygienic points for drawing water, i.e. into the tank (inlet) and from the tank (draw-off valve).
