2. The landlord implements the above action under the Regional Program of European Funds for Opole 2021-2027-recruitment No.: Feop.05.09-IP.02-001/23 for activities 5.9: educationIn Priority 5: European funds supporting the Opole labor market and education.
3. Delivery description of the subject of the contract can be found in Annex 1 to SWZ
4. Dopostawa is to take place to the facilities indicated in OPZ (Annex 1 to SWZ), within 30 days of signing the contract.
5. Dostawa must take placein the presence of a representative of the contracting authority and the contractor, within the previously agreed period.
6. The Display is to include the payment along with the start of the equipment by the Contractor.
7. The warranty for the supplied equipment: min. 24 months from the date of the contract.not necessary certificates and security and instructions for use in Polish.
9. The equipment is to be new. Post-leasing and post-leasing equipment is unacceptable.
10. The equipment is to be supplied in the original packaging.
