Description:
Delivery of books as part of the project entitled: Inclusive education for the well-being of students from the Moszczenica commune; 1) The subject of the order includes the delivery of elements in the indicated quantities to the place indicated by the Ordering Party in accordance with the material and quantity statement (detailed description of the subject of the order) constituting Appendix No. 1A to the SWZ. 2) The delivered assortment must be brand new, functional, unused, not displayed at exhibitions and fairs, undamaged and free from third party rights, safe, complete, i.e. with all accessories necessary for their use. The offered assortment must be complete and ready for use without additional purchases.3) The Contractor will provide such delivery packaging as required to prevent its damage or deterioration of its quality during transport to the place of delivery. 4) The Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with instructions for use of the assortment, if they are made available by the manufacturer in electronic form, it will provide the website addresses where they can be downloaded.5) The Ordering Party requires a guarantee and warranty for the entire subject of the order, specified in Annex No. 1A to the SWZ, for a period of min...
