Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of a teaching station for presenting the issues of controlling a Reaction Wheel Pendulum along with equipment for the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Shipbuilding1. The subject of the order includes, among others: a) Transport of the subject of the contract to the designated place by the Ordering Party and its insurance, until collected by the Ordering Party without reservations; b) The subject of the contract meets the technical parameters and requirements specified in the Detailed description of the subject of the order; c) The subject of the contract delivered to the Ordering Party is brand new, free from legal defects and physical and ready for use, without the need to make additional purchases and is not subject to any rights of third parties; d) The Ordering Party requires a warranty of no less than 12 months. e) The warranty period is one of the criteria for evaluating the offers. Due to the above, the indicated warranty period is each zContractors may extend.
