Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of technical materials, gauges and tools for maintenance and repair work for the 40 mm AGL K4 automatic grenade launcher. Information regarding the type and quantity of each product will be provided to Contractors at the second stage of the procedure invited to submit offers.
404 section 1 of the Public Procurement Act, a contractor with its registered office or place of residence in one of the countries may apply for the award of a contract in the field of defense and security. Member States of the European Union, the European Economic Area or a country with which the European Union or the Republic of Poland has concluded an international agreement regarding these contracts.

1. The subject of the order is the supply of technical materials, gauges and tools for maintenance work repair kits for the 40mm AGL K4 automatic grenade launcher. Information regarding the type and quantity of each product will be provided at others stage of the procedure to Contractors invited to submit offers.
2. The Ordering Party does not provide for the possibility of exercising the option right.
