Dear Sir or Madam, Ordering Party PKP TELKOL sp. z o.o. informs about the initiation of the procedure no. WNP - 020652 entitled "Supply of telecommunications materials for the maintenance of railway telecommunications infrastructure" The scope of the order includes successive deliveries of telecommunications materials in accordance with current needs Ordering Party: cables, cable-related materials, cable cabinets, pipes, materials for overhead lines, other materials. The contractor may submit an offer for a selected part of the product range or for the entire order. Deliveries will be made in batches, based on partial orders placed by the Ordering Party during the term of the contract. The contractor undertakes to perform the item in accordance with the attached contract and all annexes. The subject of the order is divided into 6 parts: 1. Part 1 - Cables 2. Part II - Cable-related materials 3. Part III - Other materials 4. Part IV - Cable cabinets 5. Part V - Pipes 6. Part VI - Materials for overhead lines Details of the procedure are described in the Terms of Reference, which is an annex to this procedure. The deadline for submitting offers is: December 15, 2025. at 12.00
