Description:
1. The subject of the order is: Delivery of a temperature attachment for the Rigaku MiniFlex 600 powder diffractometer, together with software and installation and operational qualifications, carried out under the European Funds for a Modern Economy (FENG) Program, co-financed by the National Research and Development Center under the European Funds for a Modern Economy 2021-2027 program.2. The subject of the order includes sales, transport to the direct user, unloading, bringing in, assembly and installation in the place indicated by the user, first start-up and staff training with operation of the delivered device, as well as qualifications: installation and operation of the delivered device and all other expenses necessary for the proper performance of the subject of the order.3. As part of the implementation of the Subject of the Agreement and the delivery of the Product, the Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with technical documentation regarding the Product, including: certificates, technical approvals, CE certificates, declarations/certificates of conformity, documents authorizing trading in the territory of the Republic of Poland, manufacturer's warranty documents (and other documents issued by the manufacturer), certificate...
