Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is the supply of TEMPEST measurement equipment for the Military Institute of Communications of the National Research Institute. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ, which is also a technical and price form that must be correct.this will fulfill. The price items will enable the Ordering Party to check the correctness of the price calculation and to correct obvious accounting errors, if any. 3. The subject of the order must: a) be brand new, unused, and meet the technical and quality requirements specified in the technical documentationmanufacturer's specifications for a given product and relevant standards, cannot come from exhibitions, product demonstrations, etc., b) be delivered in factory packaging with security measures used by the manufacturer, c) be delivered in packaging that protects against quantitative and qualitative changes, d) by volfree from technical and legal defects, especially in terms of licenses and rights to update the software, e) was covered by the manufacturer's service. 4.
