- 1. The subject of the contract is the supply of ten new, multi -section electric traction units with a repair package for electric traction units and training of persons indicated by the Employer in the field of electrical traction unit service (regarding ordersbasic).
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, requirements and expectations of the Ordering Party were given in the contract template (WU-II part of SWZ) and in the description of the subject of the contract (OPZ-III part of SWZ), which is an integral part of SWZ.
3. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of exercising the lawthe option referred to in art. 441 Public Procurement Law in the range:
1) Deliveries additionally up to a maximum of 10 new, multi -member electric traction units that meet the requirements specified in SWZ, in particular in the contract template and description of the subject of the contract (the same type and model as the electric modelTraction units
from the basic order),
2) delivery of the repair package for electric traction units.
4. Acting on the basis of art. 139 para. 1 PZP The Ordering Party informs that it will apply the so -called "Inverted procedure", ie - first he will examine and evaluate offers, and then qualifythe subjective contractor, whose offer was rated the highest, in the scope of the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the proceedings.
