Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of test strips, control materials for glucose level determination, together with the lease of glucose meters with an IT monitoring system.1.1 The subject of the order has not been divided into parts/packages. The subject of the order cannot be divided because the reagents are compatible part of the apparatus in order to ensure the required quality of test results and periodic external and internal quality control, to which the Ordering Party is obliged. The contractor is obliged to submit an offer for the entire scope of the subject of the order. 1.2 A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1A (description subject of the order) and 1B (Assortment and price form), to the SWZ, which constitutes an integral part of the SWZ.
