Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the delivery:
1.1. part 1: thermomechanical analyzer;
1.2. part 2: high -pressure differential scanning calorimeter.
2. Detailed description of the subject of the contract (list of requirements) was included in Annex 1 to SWZ.
3. The device must be brand new, free from physical and legal defects.
4. The order of the order is to take place with due diligence and in accordance with all the requirements contained in SWZ with attachments.
Transport costs together with the indicated places in The headquarters of the Ordering Party should be included in the price of the offer. The contracting authority will not incur additional costs in this respect.
6. In the price of the offer, assembly, launch and calibration of the subject of the contract are required.
7. The removal requires a guarantee for the provided subject of the contract for the period shorter than: 24 months; The period calculated from the date of signing the acceptance report by both parties without reservations.
The contractor must provide an authorized service with communication with the service engineer in English and/or Polish throughout the entire warranty period. The service is allowed to be run by the manufacturer or entity being an authorized by the manufacturer of the supplied product. The warranty will be carried out at the headquarters of the Ordering Party.
