Description:
The subject of the order is the delivery of three, brand new heavy rescue and fire-fighting cars. The contracting authority allows in accordance with art. 91 paragraph 1 of the Act submitting partial offers. The offer can be submitted to one or two or three parts of the order. The ordering party noIt limits the number of part of the order to which the order can be awarded to one contractor. Offers in each part of the order will be examined and evaluated separately, i.e. part A-delivery of one (1) heavy rescue and firefighting car (GCBA) for the PSP poviat headquarters in Gniezno; Part B - Deliveryone (1) heavy rescue and firefighting car (GCBA) for the Municipal Headquarters of the PSP in Poznań; Part C-Delivery of one (1) heavy rescue and firefighting car (GCBA) for the PSP poviat headquarters in Śrem.i.e. for Part A orders in Annex 3A to SWZ; for part B of the order in Annex 3b to SWZ; For part C of the order in Annex 3c to SWZ.
The contracting authority provides for the use of the so -called inverted procedure referred to in art. 139 para. 1 of the Act on Public Procurement LawResearch and evaluation of offers, and then perform the subjective qualification of the Contractor, whose offer was the highest rated, in the scope of the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure. The contracting authority does not provide for the awarding of orders referred to in art. 214 para. 1 point 8p.z.p....
