Part 1 - delivery of one stationary lidar for the University of WrocΕaw,
Part 2 - delivery of one stationary lidar for the University of Warsaw,
Part 3 - delivery of one mobile lidar for UniversitySilesian etu.

2.1. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and its requirements are included in the contract template (which
constitutes the draft provisions of the contract within the meaning of Article 134 section 1 point 20uPzp), constituting Annex
No. 4 to SWZ
2.2. The Contractor is obliged to complete the order on timeunder the conditions described in Appendix
No. 4 to the SWZ - draft provisions of the contract together with Annexes from No. 3.1 to No. 3.3 to the SWZ constituting
Description of the subject of the contract / technical specification - minimum requirements.
3. The execution of the order is to be carried out with due diligence and in accordance with theAll requirements
