Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of three brand new, transported power generating units. The Ordering Party requires that the devices be brand new, unused, technically efficient, free from physical and legal defects, assembled and ready for use, manufactured no earlier than 2024. 2. Parameters the devices must comply with the parameters described in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ Detailed description of the subject of the order - with full documentation in Polish, including in particular technical/service documentation, operating instructions and other instructions, if required by law, in order to ensure proper operation of the devices and operation.3. The Ordering Party informs that the order is financed from a special-purpose subsidy for the implementation of its own tasks in the field of the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program for 2025-2026. The delivery is carried out for the needs of activities related to civil defense under the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program. for the years 2025-2026. 4. A detailed description of the subject of the order, including a material and quantitative description, a description of the minimum technical parameters and operational requirements, is included in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ; 5.
