Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a three-seater BUS delivery van to the Bialystok Cultural Center.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ (which will constitute Annex No. 1 to the contract). 3. The Contractor will provide: 1) a minimum 60-month warranty for the engine and mechanical components, 2) a minimum 10-year warranty against perforation of the body, counting from the date of receipt of the delivery by the Ordering Party in the delivery and acceptance protocol.4. During the warranty period, the Contractor will provide authorized service within two days of notification by the Ordering Party.5. Must be delivered with the vehicle complete documentation in Polish, including: 1) a list of authorized service stations in Poland; 2) an instruction manual; 3) a warranty book; 4) terms of warranty.6. When handing over the car, the Contractor will provide free training (1 person) in the field of operation and basics use of the vehicle with a person indicated by the Ordering Party. The scope of the training includes the rules for using devices in the driver's cabin and the rules for performing daily maintenance and scheduled warranty inspections. 7.
