The subject of the order is the delivery of a ticket sales system for public transport in Krakow (hereinafter: the system) along with the service and service support service. The order consists of the following elements:
1. Basic Zakres:
- system delivery with mobile applications,
- delivery devices necessary for the system,
- launch, configuration and licensing of the system,
- System maintenance, support and service service (including mobile applications and devices);
2. Optional zakres:
- option 1 - system integration with the National Electronic Identification Node (login.gov.pl),
- Option 2 - System integration with stationary ticket machines,
- option 3 - successive delivery of a new periodic ticket media,
- option 4 - extension of the maintenance, support and service service, system,
- option 5 - license extension to modify the source code, transfer source codes and handing over the equipment,
- option 6 - development works,
