Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new tire to company cars for the needs of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Lublin and subordinate units.
2. The detailed range of deliveries (description of the subject of the contract) is specified in the attachments:
1) No. 1.1 to SWZ - Package No. 1 - Delivery winter tires for passenger cars and SUV;
2) No. 1.2 to SWZ - Package No. 2 - Delivery of winter tires for vans and trucks;
3) No. 1.3 to SWZ - Package No. 3 - delivery of summer tires for passenger cars and SUV;
4) No. 1.4 to SWZ - Package No. 4 - Delivery of summer tires to vans and trucks;
5) No. 1.5 to SWZ - Package No. 5 - Delivery of BMW tires;
and in the contract template.
3. Postulated requirements for contractors:
1) The contracting authority requires the delivery of tire with the date of production not earlier than 12 months from the date of their delivery to Ordering Party;
2) The contracting authority requires that the tires offered and delivered have a designation confirming the fulfillment of all safety standards (Dot symbol or equivalent to the date of the tire production) and the sticker - the tire label in accordance with the parliamentary regulation European (EU) (EU) No. 2020/740 of 25.05.2020 on the labeling of tires for fuel efficiency and other basic parameters, amending Regulation (EU) 2017/1369 and repealing Regulation (EC) No 1222/2009 (does not apply to tires placed on the market Before...
